Color Block in my kitchen?

I wanted to share this recipe with you. It's very easy to make. pretty colors ha!

Put 1lb of lean ground turkey in a bowl
add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, garlic paste, rich dark soy sauce, hoisin sauce, balsamic vinegar and siracha.
Mix and knead the ground turkey until everything well combined
Let sit for a few hours in the fridge or overnight
Make small meat patties with the mixture.

Put the water on to boil.
When the water is boiling add the udon.
Add some soy, and rice vinegar to the udon.

While the udon is cooking
Put  a little oil and some chopped garlic in the frying pan and let it heat up.
After the garlic has been caramelized add the turkey patties.
Brown the turkey patties lightly on one side then add the onions, tomatoes and peppers to the pan and add some salt and black pepper to the veggies.
Flip the patties and continue to allow them cook, occasionally turning them and mixing the contents of the pan.

And tada !!!! this is how it looks :D !

ESPANOL

Disfrutalo
